He graduated in Law and later obtained a Master’s Degree in Legal Business Consultancy from ICADE Business School – University Pontificia Comillas (Madrid).

Lawyer with a broad experience in Business, Tax, Commercial, Banking, Finance, and White-Collar Crime Law gained in top law firms such as Cuatrecasas, Alonso Ureba, Bauzá & Asociados (currently Ramón & Cajal) and Cobo del Rosal.

Expert in conveyancing and banking law, with solid skills and educational background in accounting and financial mathematics. Fluent in English (Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency).

José Luis Azpitarte Reyes

Graduated in Economics and Business from Complutense University, Madrid. Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the School of Industrial Organization in Madrid. Degree in Chemical Engineering from Toulouse University.

Extensive management experience in firms Técnicas Reunidas, Explosivos Río Tinto and Ercros. Since 1994, he serves as a consultant specialized in renewable sources of energy and environment, providing advice to banks and developers in the economic and technical aspects of project finance. From 2006 to 2011, he acted as a consultant in Garrigues Enviroment team. José Luis speaks fluent English and French.

Marta Azpitarte Melero

She graduated in Law from San Pablo University (CEU – Madrid). Lawyer with solid expertise in commercial law, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and intellectual property, acquired at Baker & McKenzie.
